Alberta Notice of Change of Address of Registered Attorney

Every extra-provincial corporation registered in Alberta must keep Corporate Registry informed of any change in its registered attorney's address by filing this Notice of Change of Address of Registered Attorney form, in accordance with Section 288(5) of the Business Corporations Act.
