This Schedule is for the following classes of shares:

Class E fixed, preferential shares, entitled to cumulative cash dividends calculated at 10% of Redemption Price per share;
Class F fixed preferential shares, entitled to non-cumulative dividends calculated at 0.75% of Redemption Price per share;
Class G non-dividend bearing shares.
