Stop Lending Notice in accordance with AS Section 34.35.062.
- The Stop Lending Notice gives details of any amounts still owing to the contractor with respect to labor, professional services, materials, machinery, fixtures or tools provided to a work site and not yet paid for.
- The contractor requests that the lender stop disbursing, advancing or otherwise providing construction financing for the project until the contractor is paid.
