Alberta Last Will & Testament

Alberta residents, prepare your Last Will and Testament with this easy-to-use template.

The Will form includes provisions for:

bequeathing your estate to your spouse or life partner;
family demise clauses (in other words, what happens to the estate if there are no survivors among the spouse and children);
provisions for guardianship of minor children;
