Compensation Agreement for Management Services

If your small business is managed by a principal shareholder, set out the terms of the management compensation with this Compensation Agreement for Management Services.

The annual compensation payable to the shareholder manager under the Agreement will be paid in instalments on regular payroll dates.
The shareholder manager will also receive an annual bonus calculated as a percentage of net profits.
