Computer Reseller Agreement clause - porting license

Insert this optional porting license clause into a Reseller Agreement under which the computer manufacturer ⁄ supplier grants the reseller a nontransferable software porting license.

This clause allows the reseller to port software products over to hardware configurations not provided by the manufacturer ⁄ supplier.

The Porting License Reseller Clause is available in MS Word format, and is not specific to any country or region.
