DC contractors, preserve your lien rights - before you can file a lien claim for labor or materials supplied for improvements to a property, you must first file and serve this Notice of Intent to File Lien.
  • The Notice to File Lien is made in accordance with Section 40-301 of the District of Columbia Code.
