Employee Agreement to Work Night Shift

Employers, does your business sometimes require that your employees work extra shifts? If this is a condition of their employment, have your new employees sign this Employee Agreement to Work Night Shift at the time of their hiring.

The employee must provide details of any circumstance which would make it difficult for him/her to work night shifts, including physical disability, illness or personal circumstances.
Employees must indicate that they are able and willing to work night shifts.
The employer will not schedule night shifts in excess of a pre-arranged number of times within a given period.
