New Jersey Executor's Deed

Are you acting as the executor of an estate in New Jersey? If the deceased person owned real estate property, you will need to file this Executor's Deed in order to transfer ownership of the property to someone else.

This Affidavit form sets out the date of death, the ownership interest of the person making the affidavit (affiant), and whether or not there is any tax liability resulting from the deceased's death.
