Ontario Distributor Agreement
Ontario manufacturers, appoint an exclusive distributor for non-Canadian markets with this Distributor Agreement.
- The distributor ⁄ dealer has exclusive rights to distribute the manufacturer's products outside of Canada and non-exclusive distribution rights within Canada.
- The manufacturer has the right to terminate the Agreement if the distributor ⁄ dealer does not meet specified minimum purchase requirements.
- The distributor ⁄ dealer cannot appoint sub-distributors.
- The distributor ⁄ dealer is responsible for cost of all marketing, packaging, promotion, etc within its assigned territory.
- The Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
