Ontario Notice to Lien Claimant by Landlord

Ontario landlords, give notice to lien claimants that you intend to retake possession of a rental premises with this Notice to Lien Claimant form under subsection 19(3) of the Construction Lien Act.

The Notice must be given for a rental property that has liens filed against it for improvements made by the tenant.
The form includes a copy of the relevant portions of the Construction Lien Act, for easy reference.
