Shared Parking Agreement

Use this template to prepare a Shared Parking Agreement for a multi-tenant commercial building where the tenants share a common customer parking area.

Each tenant will allow access to parking to the customers of the other tenants.
Each tenant is responsible for payment of taxes, repairs and maintenance, and other costs for parking stalls on their leased premises.
Each tenant will ensure that any signs in the parking areas indicate that parking is for customers of either business.
