Tenant Estoppel Letter for Commercial Condominium

If you are selling a commercial ⁄ retail condominium building, the purchaser will probably require estoppel letters from the tenants. Have each tenant complete, sign and return this Tenant Estoppel Letter for Commercial Condominium.

The letter sets out:
  • commencement and expiry dates of the tenant's lease,
  • any renewal options,
  • amount of base rent, additional rent, taxes and other ongoing amounts payable by tenant,
  • amount of security deposits and prepaid rent (if any),
