The artist ⁄ client will be assigned all rights in the video, including all copyright, performers’ property rights, rights of action and any other rights.
The artist ⁄ client will have the right to exploit the video and to alter, modify or adapt the video as it sees fit.
The producer will ensure that the video does not contravene the ITC television guidelines, BBC guidelines or any other relevant guidelines.
The artist ⁄ client undertakes to perform all of the producer’s obligations arising under the production contracts and any relevant union contracts which are assigned to the artist ⁄ client along with the rights to the video.
The artist ⁄ client has the right to suspend or terminate the agreement for non-performance or breach of contract on the part of the producer.
