USA manufacturers, appoint distributors to market, sell, lease, rent and service your products in a specified territory with this non-exclusive Distributor Agreement.
- The distributor has to meet predetermined minimum purchase obligations throughout the term of the contract.
- The manufacturer must give 30 days notice before a price change can be put into effect.
- The distributor must use best efforts to develop demand for the products, and develop and institute a merchandising policy designed to preserve the good will associated with the name of the manufacturer and the products.
