Arizona tenants, have you notified your landlord that your premises needs repairs? Are you still waiting for those repairs to be done?

Before you proceed to make the repairs yourself, serve your landlord with this Notice of Tenant's Intent to Effect Repairs, in accordance with the Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
