California Request for Notice of Delinquency

California lenders, if you hold a junior lien on a real estate property, you may request the status of a senior lien by sending this Request for Notice of Delinquency to the senior lienholder, in accordance with California Civil Code Section 2924e.

The request must be sent by certified mail together with the fee amount set out in the Code. The senior lienholder is required to provide information for any delinquency of four months or more, on properties that contain one to four residential units.
