Connecticut Notice to Landlord of Extended Absence
Connecticut tenants, if you are going to be away from your rental premises for an extended period of time, inform your landlord by serving him/her with this Notice to Landlord of Extended Absence, in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes.
The Notice must be given to the landlord by any tenant who will be away from the rental premises for a period longer than 7 days.
