Hawaii tenants, if you need to terminate a weekly or biweekly tenancy, you must serve your landlord with this Notice to Landlord of Termination and Intention to Vacate, in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Landlord-Tenant Code.
  • This type of notice would ONLY be used for tenancies with a weekly or biweekly term.
  • This form notifies the landlord that the rental agreement will be terminated by the date specified in the Notice, and that the tenant will vacate the premises by that date.
