New Jersey Notice to Quit

New Jersey landlords, terminate a tenant who has failed to comply with an earlier Notice to Cease by serving him/her with this Notice to Quit, in accordance with the requirements of the New Jersey Statutes and the Anti-Eviction Act.

This Notice informs the tenant that, because he/she has not complied with the previous Notice to Cease, the rental lease is now terminated and the tenant must vacate the premises.
If the tenant does not vacate the premises, the landlord will start eviction proceedings.
A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
