Rent a house or apartment in Ontario to a tenant with this Residential Fixed Term Lease, in accordance with the provincial Residential Tenancies Act.

The lease is for a fixed period of time, such as 6 months, 1 year, etc.
The tenant cannot assign or sublet without the written consent of the landlord.
The tenant must maintain and keep the property clean and in good repair.
The tenant is responsible for placing contents insurance on his/her property.
The tenant must get the landlord's consent to install a satellite dish or other device on the outside of the building.
Tenant's responsibilities concerning pets, noise, parking, vehicle maintenance, water-filled furniture.
The lease includes an Inspection Checklist to be completed by both parties at the start and end of the tenancy.
