Queensland Notice to Remedy Breach

Queensland landlords and tenants, if the other party to your tenancy agreement is in breach of his/her obligations under the agreement, serve him/her with this Form 11 Notice to Remedy Breach, in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1994.

This form can be used by the landlord, the landlord's agent, or the tenant to notify the other party to the tenancy that it has breached one or more of the terms of the tenancy. The Notice specifies a date by which the breach must be remedied. The form includes instructions as to how the Notice must be completed and served on the defaulting party.
