Sublicense for Use of Business Marks in Operation of Fast Food Franchise

If you sell franchises on behalf of a franchisor, you will need to sublicense the use of the franchisor's trade marks and trade names to new franchisees so that they can use them in running the franchised business. Create your Sublicense Agreements for franchisees with this easy-to-use template form.
  • This Agreement is for fast food franchises, but can be customized for other types of franchise businesses.
  • You (as sub-licensor) have the right to cancel the Agreement and shut down the franchise outlet on written notice to the new franchisee (as sub-licensee), if gross sales targets are not met.
  • The franchisee must purchase product and supplies from suppliers approved by you.
  • The franchisee must maintain the premises up to the standards required by you and the Franchisor.
  • You have the right to enter and inspect the premises and operations.
  • The franchisee must make monthly sales reports and provide financial and accounting information regularly.
This Sublicense for Use of Business Marks in Operation of Fast Food Franchise is provided in MS Word format, and is fully editable to fit your specific circumstances.
