British Columbia Strata Property Act Arbitration Notices

BC strata owners, are you having a dispute with another owner or with a tenant in your strata building?

To send the matter to arbitration, you will need to prepare and serve the other party with a Notice Beginning Arbitration (Form L), pursuant to Section 179 of the Strata Property Act of British Columbia. If you have already been served with a Notice Beginning Arbitration, you must respond by serving a Notice of Reply (Form M).

This package contains both Form L and Form M, as well as a copy of Section 179 of the Act for your reference. These British Columbia Strata Property Act Arbitration Notices are available in MS Word format and are easy to fill in and print.
