Minnesota Notice to Landlord of Intention to Quit

Minnesota tenants, if your lease is due to expire and you do not intend to renew it, serve your landlord with this Notice to Landlord of Intention to Quit, in accordance with the requirements of the Landlord and Tenant Statutes.

The tenant notifies the landlord that, pursuant to the terms of the lease agreement, the tenancy will terminate on the expiration date of the lease term and that the tenant will vacate (quit) the premises by the termination date. A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of service.
