Minnesota Notice to Landlord of Termination of Tenancy at Will

Minnesota tenants, terminate a tenancy at will by serving your landlord with this Notice to Landlord of Termination of Tenancy at Will, in accordance with the requirements of the Landlord and Tenant Statutes. This form is to be USED ONLY for tenancies at will, not for fixed term leases.

The landlord is notified that the tenancy will terminate on the date specified in the notice and that the tenant will vacate (quit) the premises by the termination date. A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of service.
